Made this Jalapeno Popper Dip yesterday. Very good! I recommend if you love jalapenos. I removed all seeds and veins, and there was not even a hint of heat.
I served with Ritz.
Also just realized I could cook bacon on my broiler plate in the oven. 350 degrees for 25 minutes (or more for crispier bacon). It's a hands-free technique for multi-tasking! Plus, the grease all drips into the tray. :)
