Today, a few of us were browing Pinterest for dessert ideas when several intriguing pins caught our attention.
One was fudge brownie cupcakes with cookie dough frosting @ http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/2012/05/29/fudge-brownie-cupcakes-with-cookie-dough-frosting/ and the other was Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Bites. T.T. and I had a limited amount of time to whip them up, but we pulled it together and hit a home run!
Above you can find her putting holes in the brownie "tarts" with a measuring spoon.
FIRST: Bake the brownies as directed in tart pans.

Of course, Elli got to lick the paddle with the extra frosting!
So, how long do you think it took us? My baking buddy whipped up the brownies while I bathed the kids. She threw the brownies in the oven and I went to work on the frosting. We were test-tasting within HALF AN HOUR!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and try this quick and easy recipe with ingredients you probably have on hand right now!
......What are you waiting for?
